9 days of alcoholic fermentation with temperature between 28º - 30º C, lower at the end of the process
14 days of postfermentative maceration at 22 ºC

Origin and Age of Barrels:

10 % of the wine aged in new french oak barrels about 11 months, 20 % in french oak barrels of two and three years old, the rest is wine aged in stainless steel tanks

Procedure in Barrels:

The barrels are fill at the end of postfermentative maceration. Then the wine stay in that barrels about 12-14 months

Filtration Procedure :

Wine unfiltered and with natural tartaric stability. Could present a fine decant
