Winemaking process:



In stainless steel tanks. The fermentation temperature is maintained at a constant of 14 to 15 °C during the whole process, having a duration period of 25 days.

Ageing process:

The wine is aged   on its lees for 6 months

Filtration Procedure:

The wine is stabilized and filtered in a sterile manner prior to bottling.  It presents tartaric stability.

Tasting notes

 Our 2010 Altacima 4.090 Chardonnay has a yellow colour with slight golden touches, very attractive. It evokes peach, pear and melon aromas along with some citric notes.
It has a fruity flavour with a pleasant acidity that gives it juiciness and freshness.
