The Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were harvested in April and the Carménère in May.

Winemaking process:



In stainless steel tanks. Two days of Cold pre-fermentation maceration at 5º to 6º C; 9 days of alcoholic fermentation with temperatures between 24º and 30ºC.  Once fermentation was finished there were 14 days of post-fermentation maceration at 20 ºC.
Total skin/wine contact time: 25 days

Ageing process:

Once post-fermentation is completed, 30 % of the wine is aged in french oak barrels (10% new and 20% two to three years old) where the malolactic fermentation  is realized spontaneously .  The remaining 70% is aged in stainless steel tanks.
Once ageing has finished (12 to 14 months), the blend is created with the variety of wines.

Filtration Procedure:

Unfiltered wine with natural tartaric stability. It may present fine decanting.

Tasting notes

This wine has an intense and deep red colour. It possesses intense fruity aromas, with notes of cassis, plum and spicy traits contributed by the Carménère.
 It is a wine with a rich structure, bursting with sweet, mature tannins that captivate the mouth leaving a prolonged finish.
