Fermentation:

In stainless steel tanks with a capacity of 2000 litres; especially designed for red wine vinification (large diameter and low height).  Ten days of alcoholic fermentation with temperatures between 24º and 30ºC, lowering at the end of the process. 15 days of post-fermentation maceration at 20 ºC. Total skin/wine contact time: 25 days.

       Ageing process:

100 % of the wine was aged in new French oak barrels for 13 months.
The  malolactic fermentation  is spontaneously completed during its ageing in the barrels.

Filtration Procedure :

Unfiltered with natural tartaric stability. It may present some natural sediments.

Tasting notes

This wine has an intense and deep colour which is an indication of its structure.  It has fruity aromas such as cassis, plum, raspberry that combine harmonically with sweet spicy aromas such as vanilla and slightly toasted notes.
In mouth it is full-bodied and concentrated; its tannins are embracing leaving a powerful and persistent sensation at the end.
