Winery Tour
The tour starts with one of the winemakers briefly outlining the history and explaining the importance of the vineyards and the vinification process of AltaCima, highlighting the differentiating features of this winery and includes a technically professional degustation.
The tour continues with an invitation into the family home ( 500 m from the winery) and en route the noise of a variety of farmyard animals and a colourful kitchen garden make the pleasant welcome complete. Katharina Hanke de Schröder receives those who are interested in tasting the culinary specialities of the house that complement the wine creating a perfect food and wine pairing.
Home grown goose, pate or filled with apples, sirloin á Carmenere or a tasty rosemary lamb are some of the specialities that are prepared in the kitchen, the centre of the house. More
